Warranty conditions and prices of household appliances

The warranty period for the operation of the device is 12 or 24 months. The buyer has the right to warranty service in the presence of a receipt or goods or cashier's check (invoice), indicating the date of sale, on the condition of a fully filled out warranty coupon, affixed with the seal of the trade organization and signed by the buyer, who confirms his consent to this warranty service. In case of non-fulfillment of the mentioned conditions, the warranty service will not be provided. Warranty repair is a free set of operations related to restoring the proper operation of the device purchased by the buyer. The buyer is entitled to warranty repair of the device throughout the warranty period if it fails due to a defect in material or workmanship.

The duration of the warranty repair is no more than 30 working days.

If a factory defect is found, the device will be replaced with a new one within 5 calendar days after the sale.

The repaired device must be picked up by the user no later than 30 calendar days, otherwise the service will remove all responsibility for the device.

Warranty conditions no applies on accessories .

The buyer loses the right to warranty repair in the following cases:

  • Existence of warranty corrections, unclear records. Also, if the product has a plate with an inscription on it or is damaged, the serial number is unclear, or if the failure is caused by mechanical damage during transportation and use, improper storage, or poor customer service. If the product is heavily contaminated both inside and outside, including rust, calcium (salt) deposits, internal accumulation of polluting fractions, including those that rise up during sorting or settle in the device (dust, jet tubes, nozzles, nozzles, filter elements , extension pipes, flexible hoses, angle plugs, irons, turbine, pump, valve, channel technological holes, etc.) in this case it is possible to carry out cleaning
  • Violation of the rules of the operating instructions (including overheating, overloading, non-intended use, use without a filter-bag, if its use is necessary or recommended by the manufacturer, use without filter elements, the use of which is provided for by the design. Operation of the device is faulty or not provided for this with accessories and consumables, the use of detergents that are not intended for this type of equipment). In the power supply or water supply system (poor quality of the contact at the place of this connection of electricity, insufficient amount of water, absence or defect of the water filter).

  • If the malfunction is caused by untimely maintenance (change of lubricant, tightening of angular joints; cleaning or replacement of filter elements; service of the accumulator battery; replacement of tr-bags, shields, drive belt, etc.
  • If inappropriate materials are used (use of low-quality fuel and lubricants that do not meet the standards established by physical and chemical indicators).
  • Warranty obligations do not include works related to installation, commissioning, cleaning, scheduled maintenance, as well as preventive works, and the aforementioned are not covered by a separate agreement.
  • If the malfunction is caused by such unfavorable conditions as: snow, rain, high humidity, aggressive environment, unacceptable low or high temperature.
  • If the device was in use after detection and was not removed
  • If the product has been repaired by foreign organizations or subjected to structural changes
